Winter 2005 is coming late to Brian Head but it looks like they will be in full gear by December 10 2005.
Serving two Winter mountains, the Navajo Mountain and Giant Steps Mountain.
Navajo Mountain features a beginner terrain park and ten beginner slopes with a full-service ski and snowboard school.
Advanced skiers and snowboarders enjoy Giant Steps Mountain, with over 40 intermediate and advanced runs, two
large terrain parks and, of course, a half pipe. Their double-black diamond chutes spill into giant bowls of powder collected from Brian Head Peak. Advanced skiers and boarders are met with a great challenge when conditions permit.
Brian Head is high-elevation skiing among sparse, but sturdy, conifers and thick white powder. Both mountains offer stunning images of Red Rock formations from the Dixie National Forest.
