A long tradition of waves and waves of deep, crystal-white powder dunk skiers through two mountains of snowy goodness. All under the watchful eyes of the majestic Tushar Mountains. Near Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, Elk Meadows is closed for the 2005 season. In summer, Elk Meadows caters to mountain bikers, horseback riding, ATV, fishing, and even hang gliding. Slope-side lodging and dining as well as rentals are available. Major rennovations on both mountains are underway. An opening date has not been announced yet and there are big fears that this resort may not operate anymore. Contact your local Superman and report this emergency! Serously, if anyone knows the future of Elk Meadows, please submit what you know in the news section so we can verify it and put the word out quickly.
