Located northwest of Baker City, Oregon. Anthony Lakes' longest ski slope runs 1.5 miles with over 40 kilometers of groomed, track set trails for nordic skiing. Get your Nordic skiing fix on at the Lakes alongside scenic views of Anthony Lake Basin and the Elkhorn range of the Blue Mountains. Cat Skiing, Snowmobile Racing, and Powder Tours are also on the menu. Tons of snowmobiling events and contests throughout the year. Also home to the Elkhorn Classic Nordic Race. The cat skiing is to die for, imagine twelve friends in a snow cat out in the middle of nowhere, nothing but you and powder all day. With vertical drops of up to 2000 feet. And a warm chauffeured snow cat purring just for you. Of course you can still ski or board too, they have a modest terrain park with some rails and jibs. Ski terrain difficulty as follows: 20% - beginner, 38% - intermediate, 42% - expert.
