Hoodoo is located on the summit of the Santiam Pass on Highway 20, just 20 miles northwest of Sisters, 40 miles northwest of Bend, 75 miles east of Albany, 85 miles southeast of Salem on Hwy 22 and 75 miles northeast of Springfield/Eugene on Highway 126. After the Winter 2004 season HooDoo decided that it was time to enlarge the mountain and give it a little more elevation. With elevation comes vertical drop and HooDoo has steeped it up a notch on terrain difficulty. This mountain makes the clouds look short and the skiing is nothing less than impressive. Ride down the Grandstand just once and you'll be hooked on HooDoo. This summit peak skiing on three sides of the mountain gives you a never-the-same-run feel to a whole weekend. Night Skiing area around the Showoff run and Blue Valley. Terrain difficulty as follows: 30% beginner, 30% intermediate and and 40% advanced. Starting in 2004 Hoodoo has started offering Air Board rentals, Snow Bike rentals, and Snow Scooter rentals.
