 Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort is New York's "Forever Wild" winter destination. Located in the Catskill Mountains in the Catskill Forest Preserve, Belleayre Mountain is owned and operated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. A daytime-only ski resort with 9.2km of cross-country nordi trails.
Belleayre has an emphasis on the racing aspect of the sport, with programs designed to train anyone to race and national events being held there all throughout the season. A grueling Triathlon in march includes a 2.5 mile ski, 10 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run.
42 Trails with most geared towards the fairly experienced skier. The longest trail here is close to 2 1/2 MILES long!
