 Offering a longest run of 2.5 miles. Also new for the 2005 Winter season is a faster and more effective teaching program call Parallel Pronto. Red River is the Southwest's Perfect little ski town. Heavy holiday activities draw a huge crowd to Brandenburg Park. Red River's Ski mountain offers slopes on oppisite faces which means a longer day of sunshine and skiing, the perfect mix.
Typically season runs Thanksgiving weekend to late March every year. Very kid friendly with one thirds of all riders under the age of 14. The town and the resort livre and breath together in natural harmony. Red River activities include skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing (at the ski area after hours), sleigh rides, horseback riding, massage, concerts, two-steppin' dance and, naturally, shopping.
