Time to ride the snowy bull, it's Showdown! Since 1936 Showdown has been catering to the natural powder in all of us. Showdown Ski Resort in central Montana sits in the Little Belt Mountains. Showdown has always maintained a strong family atmosphere with an active learning center. Home to a terrain park with tons of ever-changing features like their 27 foot long flat-down-flat rail. Showdown Ski Resort relies 100% on natural snowfall and consistently gets it. A long season stretches well into April. Terrain difficulty as follows: 30% Beginner, 40% Intermediate, and 30% Expert. Chocked full of dense tree runs and the giant Montana sky. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so get there on Wednesday for the freshest powder. Lifts open until 4pm. No guns means quiet skiing as i whisper Yee haw! Nordic terrain is also offered for miles of trails in the Little Belts.
