Sunday RiverBethel, Maine is home to Sunday River Ski Resort. This resort is very large, sprawling over Locke Mountain, Barker Mountain, Spruce Peak, North Peak, Aurora Peak, Jordan Bowl, and Oz. 5 completely different lodging options mean that you'll never have to be far from all of those gorgeous slopes. Featuring 17 double black diamond slopes, four terrain parks and two pipes ranging from small, entry-level elements, including an eight-foot minipipe, to pro-level hits and jibs and a competition-grade superpipe.

You could literally take an entire week to ski every one of the trails. This place is just immense. There's really no way to experience all of it in just one weekend. Its kinda like the Magic Kingdom(tm) of ski resorts. VERY impressive. Do yourself a favor and reserve a full week at one of the resorts.

Snow Alert: 13" of new snow - Total of 180" - Wed Feb/27/08 - Hey! 13" of new snow in the last 24 hours here at Sunday River.
