 Ten minutes from the Quad Cities with tubing and terrain surfaces. Snowstar has been a family resort since December 1981. Located in Coal Creek Valley above the Mississippi River. Terrain park has numerous rails and slides plus two fun boxes, a battleship several spines, some table tops and a quarter pipe. Their longest run is 3/4 of a mile. Large Day Lodge perfect for families and pickly eaters. Great learning center with a dedicated run, the Little Dipper isolated from other trails. Ski school teaching staff of over 60 instructors on-site for group or idividual lessons. The Stargazer Tubing Hill offers five lanes tubing with a 68 foot vertical drop serviced by a fast Magic Carpet lift system. Night skiing and snowboarding seven days a week on all trails with lighting.
