Aspen ButtermilkOne of the Fantastic Four of Winter sports and home of the ESPN Winter X Games until 2007. Buttermilk has excellent beginner terrain making it the pefect place for new skiers and snowboarders to learn. Cruise along their wide rolling trails and awesome parks worthy of crashing into. And most importantly it is home to the Super-Pipe! Aspen is the capitol of American skiing and Aspen Buttermilk is the crown jewel with two huge terrain parks, the Crazy Train and good ole S3 plus one gigantic superpipe. Did i say they have a Superpipe? Trail breakdown: easiest: 35%, more difficult: 39%, most difficult: 26%, expert: 0%.

Buttermilk is located inside the White River National Forest and just three miles from downtown Aspen, Colorado. With 435 acres of terrain and on average only 3.7 people per acre, you have plenty of room to get down. The longest run is 3 miles.
