It is a swift six-passenger lift that takes under ten minutes to get you from the bottom of Fanny Hill to the top of Sam's Knob, with a midway unloading station for beginner terrain. Village Express will accomdate 2800 per hour with a 2,174 ft vertical rise.
New as well is the "Mall Connector" great for those who are taking a break from the slopes. It's a two minute ride with six person per cabin capacity that will connect uphill and downhill from the existing Snowmass Village Mall to the new Snowmass Village complex. The complex will include a 25,000-square-foot children's center, 15,000-square-foot conference space, 64,000 square feet of new shops and restaurants, community aquatic center, a 246-unit Westin conference hotel, The Little Nell at Snowmass, and 359 condominiums. |
