Sunshine and beautiful spring-like conditions continue today at The Canyons. Looks like some snow is in the forecast for Saturday & Sunday with up to 6 inches possible by Sunday morning. Then another system is set to impact us again Monday night into Tuesday, so enjoy the sun while it is here, and remember: sunscreen is your friend!

Weather today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 42. East wind 6 to 11 mph becoming south southwest.

Weather tomorrow: Snow likely, mainly after 11am. Cloudy, with a high near 38. South wind 15 to 21 mph becoming west northwest. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Today we will be skiing and riding on 153 runs with 17 lifts on all 8 mountains. Our current mid-mountain base depth is 75” and conditions are packed powder, powder and machine groomed snow. 5 bowls and all 6 natural halfpipes will be open.

Today – Sunday, March 2, is Brant Moles' Steep Skiing Camp. For the first time ever, The Canyons is offering a special Steep Skiing Camp coached by World Extreme Skiing Champion, Brant Moles. This 3-day clinic is designed for intermediate to advanced skiers who want to take their big mountain skiing to the next level. The Flight of The Canyons gondola will be open from 8:30am - 4:00pm today.
