Wednesday's 13" brought us up to 15 feet of snow for the season, so we'll spend this sunny, 100%-open Friday tearing that up while looking forward to kicking off March tomorrow with a steadily growing snowstorm. The latest forecasts are showing up to another foot - I'm going to have to look up "epic" in the thesaurus because I've been using it way too much. Happy Leap Day.

Alan & Co. spread rich, creamy corduroy on 100 trails last night. Need further enticement? Check out photos and a video (I like to call it "Faceshot Central") of Wednesday's powderfest.

Ski and Stay packages this weekend start at just $95, by the way. Since Saturday's storm will only be the beginning (!!) of the Snowiest Month of the Year, you might also want to take us up on our midweek Ski Free lodging packages available from just $59 pp/pn.

Leap Day is an extra day to shred and an extra day to party, so celebrate with Bruce Jacques at the White Cap Lodge. Bruce Jacques includes comedic parodies of artists such as Devo, Guns and Roses, Britney Spears and more. Cost is $5 at the door and the doors open at 8 p.m. This is a 21+ show.

This is the kind of winter you want an extra day of.
