Average Base 35-45" It's the start of another great weekend at Snowshoe. Light snow fell on and off all day yesterday, providing a nice powder cover to the slopes. We've had 10" of fresh snow this week, which means conditions all weekend should be absolutely fantastic. More snow is expected today, with half an inch of accumualation possible this afternoon, followed by 1-3" overnight. Snow is once again in the forecast for Saturday, with any accumulation expected to be before 2pm and measuring less than one inch. That all leads up to Sunday, which may be one of the best days of the season. Fresh snow, perfectly groomed trails and sunshine will make for an epic day on the hill! Temperatures will reamain very cold today, with windchills below zero. We will be making snow in very limited areas throughout the day today.
