Hello skiers and riders, Camelback Mountain Resort has a fantastic weekend in store for you. As cold temperatures return to the Pocono Mountains, our snowmaking crews are ready to resume snowmaking operations. When temperatures allow, we will have round the clock snowmaking beginning Friday night. With our powerful snowmaking system it will be hard to remember that it was almost 60 yesterday.

Come out and enjoy the variety of terrain on our 33 trails, spend less time in lift lines on one of our 15 lifts, including our two high-speed quads. Drop into one of our pipes and grind one of our rails in our 3 terrain parks.

Camelback would like to welcome the Eastern Ski Writers Association to the mountain this weekend for their winter meeting. These are skiers and snowboarders who have been in the ski business for many years and we are honored to have them here at Camelback.

Camelback will be hosting the Subaru "Master the Mountain" tour this Saturday and Sunday. Stop by the tent in the base area to get an exclusive look at the newly redesigned Forrester. Sign up to take one of the mini lessons or ski through the Subaru turning lane on the Meadows slope for skiing and riding tips. There will be an MC playing music and hosting games for our guests all day long. This is a wonderful family event.

We have great live entertainment all weekend long in our Main Lounge beginning Friday with the Y.M.I. Duo from 2-6pm. Saturday, the local favorites, the Maybabies will be here from 4-8pm. To round off the weekend, Zac Lawless will be here on Sunday from 2-6pm.

Camelback Mountain Resort is the 1st choice for families in the Pocono Mountains! Camelback has an excellent children's learning program, reserve your child's spot online now. The children’s program has top of the line rental equipment and an experienced staff that will teach your children the sport of skiing and snowboarding.

For older kids, we have a great learn to ski package, the Explorer Card, for just $179.00 you can learn to ski or ride. This package is valued at over $300.00 and includes 3 learn to ski or ride packages including a lift ticket, lesson and rentals plus after your third package the card turns into a CamelCard, a $99.99 value that can be used for additional savings of up to 50% off of lift tickets.

We’ll see you on the mountain and keep visiting skicamelback.com for updates on all of our Spring Events in late February and all of March including our Rail Jam at the Snowtubing Park on April 12th.
