Cross Country Center Offers Over 80km of Groomed Trails and Snowshoe Shuffle Event this Sunday

Above all the rest at 8,000 feet, the Kirkwood Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Center is now 100% open with over 80km of groomed trails for classic and skate skiing as well as snowshoeing. Expedition: Kirkwood Ski Clinic this Saturday 1/26 along with Avalanche Level 1 Course

Expedition: Kirkwood is offering a 1 Day All Mountain Ski Clinic this Saturday, Jan. 26th in conjunction with Rossignol Skis. Participants will get to test the latest gear from Rossignol and enjoy the advantages of group camaraderie, express lift lines and going places you never knew existed at Kirkwood. In addition, participants receive personalized instruction, lunch, and video analysis. For those interested in furthering their knowledge of backcountry exploration, Kirkwood is excited to once again offer AIARE Level 1 Avalanche Courses this Sat. 1/26 & Sun 1/27 along with the opening of our free avalanche beacon practice area known as "Beacon Basin".
