Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort is scheduled to open on limited terrain on Thursday, December 15th at 9am.

Lift serviced beginner terrain via Chair 3 on “Rabbit Peak” and intermediate terrain via Chair 2 on “The Strip” are scheduled to open.

Snowmaking has been going well and the slopes are groomed out nicely. The resort will open on a manmade base of 16”.

Limited natural snowfall so far this season has resulted in limited terrain being open. Snowmaking efforts will continue on Chair 2 as conditions allow. Crews are working overtime to get as much terrain open as possible.

Terrain Park features will be limited until more terrain is open. Snow reporting and terrain park updates are now conducted daily and will be posted on the snow report: online at www.skilasvegas.com and via telephone at 702–593-9500.

Opening day lift ticket pricing is: $28 for adults, $18 for children (5 to 12), and $18 for seniors (60+). Hours of operation are 9am to 4pm.
